AI Disclosure Statement

Version 1.0 · Effective September 4, 2026 · Last updated September 4, 2026

WAZZON is a product of Friday Vibes, Inc. ("Friday Vibes," "we," "us," or "our").

Friday Vibes is committed to transparency about the automated tools used within WAZZON. This Statement explains what AI tools we use, what they do, how they affect your account and content, what human oversight exists, and what rights you have.

Our Core Commitment. Automated tools assist WAZZON's trust & safety process — they do not have the final word. Content automatically flagged by our AI tools can be reviewed by a human, and no account is permanently suspended or terminated based solely on an automated decision without an opportunity for human review through our appeals process.

Section 1. Purpose of This Statement

This AI Disclosure Statement (“Statement”) explains how Friday Vibes uses Artificial Intelligence (“AI”) in operating WAZZON. It forms part of WAZZON's policy suite alongside the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy, and should be read together with those documents. It reflects, and should be read consistently with, Friday Vibes' internal AI Governance Policy.

Section 2. Where WAZZON Uses AI Today

As of the Effective Date, WAZZON uses AI for the following purposes: automated content moderation of text you and other users post (comments, reviews, and similar posts). WAZZON does not currently use AI to generate content on your behalf, to generate personalized recommendations, or to power a chatbot or automated assistant. If that changes, we will update this Statement before the new use launches.

(a) First pass: a third-party content moderation API automatically screens posted text against our content guidelines. Content that clearly violates our guidelines is automatically hidden pending review by our team.

(b) Second pass: content that is ambiguous, i.e., not a clear violation, but not clearly fine either, is passed to a third-party large language model (an Anthropic Claude model) for a closer automated read before a final call is made.

(c) Only the content itself, and directly relevant context, is sent to these tools, not your full account history or unrelated personal information.

(d) Content/media identification. When you submit text or other content through this feature (for example, a link, an image or screenshot, or a note), WAZZON uses AI to parse that content and identify any movies or TV shows referenced within it. The identified titles are presented back to you; WAZZON does not automatically add titles to your lists — that action is entirely at your discretion.

Section 3. Human Oversight and Your Right to Appeal

If your content is hidden or removed, or your account is restricted, we will tell you where feasible and explain that automated tools were involved. You can ask a person on our team to take a second look. We do not treat an automated moderation decision as final where you've asked for a human review; a person reviews the appeal before any permanent account action is taken.

These tools are not perfect. They can flag content that shouldn't have been flagged (a false positive) or miss content that should have been (a false negative). We monitor accuracy and adjust our process, but if you believe a decision was wrong, please appeal it as that's the fastest way to get it corrected.

Section 4. Data Protection

Content you post that is processed by our moderation vendors is handled under contracts that limit their use of it to providing the moderation service to us.

We have confirmed the following against our AI vendors’ current agreements (last verified 31 August 2026):

(a) content submitted for moderation is not used to train, fine-tune, or improve the vendor's general-purpose models;

(b) content is retained by the vendor only for a limited, defined period, not indefinitely: our text-moderation classifier provider (OpenAI) does not retain moderation content; our AI review and identification provider (Anthropic) automatically deletes content within 30 days, except that content flagged by that provider’s own safety systems as potentially violating its usage policy may be retained by it for up to two years for trust-and-safety purposes;

(c) the vendor is bound by a data processing agreement consistent with our own commitments in our Privacy Policy.

Section 5. Limitations

Automated moderation tools do not have full context about intent, sarcasm, or community norms, and can make mistakes in either direction. They are one input into a moderation decision, not a final determination, particularly for any decision that would restrict or end your access to WAZZON.

The same is true of content identification: when AI identifies movies or TV shows in content you import, the results may be incomplete or wrong. Review the identified titles before adding anything, since nothing is added without your confirmation.

Section 6. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have rights under the CCPA/CPRA with respect to the personal information processed by our automated tools, including the right to know what categories of personal information are involved (see our Privacy Policy), the right to request deletion or correction, and where a decision meaningfully restricts your access to WAZZON, the right to ask for the reasons behind it and for human review, consistent with California's rules on automated decision-making technology.

To exercise these rights or ask a question about a specific moderation decision, contact us using the information in Section 8.

Section 7. Updates to This Statement

We will update this Statement before we add a new AI-enabled feature that affects your content or account, or at least annually. The current version will always be available in WAZZON and on our website. Material changes will be highlighted at the top of the update.

Section 8. Questions and Contact

Questions about this Statement, or requests regarding your personal information, can be sent to support@wazzon.app.
